Judd Herbster has specialized in litigation his entire legal career. He has over 15 years of experience in complex litigation matters, including all aspects of criminal defense and personal injury law. He has substantial trial experience in front of both judges and juries.
After graduating from law school, Judd was an attorney at a well-respected law firm in Kansas City until 2009 when he decided to start his own firm.
Judd focuses his practice exclusively on defending people charged with all types of crimes, including felony, misdemeanor, and traffic offenses. He also represents people who have been injured because of the negligence of others.
Judd has received an AV pre-eminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating reserved for lawyers who have earned a reputation among their peers and the judiciary for exemplary professionalism and experience. He has also been selected by his peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2010.
Judd and his wife, Kelly, have two young sons.
